Dwan and Associates are change agents that focus on bring about personal and organisational change.
Dwan & Associates was established in 1993 by Sue Dwan, after many years working in the private, public and non-profit sectors. Sue came to the realization that:
- many managers, team leaders, supervisors and staff rarely received the timely and appropriate support and coaching they needed from within the workplace
- many workplaces had inappropriate structures, systems, processes, policies and procedures; or had unhealthy cultures and ways of operating, so staff were facing an uphill battle to do anything, with ease
- she was better placed working outside organisations to provide coaching, support and an independent view to key people inside the workplaces, so they could bring about the changes required to improve their own management practice and their organisation’s functioning
Dwan & Associates work closely with clients to develop tailor-made solutions that are unique to their situation. They view clients’ management styles, business practices and the approaches needed to get results; and they stay alongside clients to ensure any changes are integrated into their practice.
Sue Dwan is a highly experienced change agent, management and business coach, personal management trainer and educational writer with the following qualifications: an M.B.A; Grad CELT; Professional Certified Coach (PCC); CoachU Certified Graduate (CUCG); RSP-Trained Retirement Coach.
